The answer is emotional eating. 

   
If you are eating when you are not hungry you you may be
an emotional overeater.  Why do you overeat?

 Do you sometimes overeat because:

* You were never accepted for who you are?

* Your mother criticized you for being overweight?

* You feel deprived if you don't overeat?

* You just can't get full?

                                      
    
  Additional questions to consider:


* Do you eat when you feel criticized?

* Do you “reward” yourself with food? 

* Do you eat when you are anxious, angry,
   bored or lonely?

* Do you prefer to eat alone?

* Do you eat at night when you are not hungry?  


If you answered yes to any of these questions, unrecognized emotional factors may be causing you  to overeat compulsively.  It is difficult to lose weight and keep it off permanently unless you stop your compulsion to overeat. 

If you answered no to all of these questions, you are probably not an emotional over-eater.  In this case you may consider possible physical causes for your weight loss challenges such as metabolic disturbances, allergies, or other factors that may be preventing adequate absorption and utilization of of your food.

Many overweight people are absolutely desperate to permanently shed pounds; but they haven’t found a solution that works for them.

My name is Lorri Heller and I have had over 18 years of experience successfully helping men and women lose weight and keep it off permanently.

How Can You Stop Overeating?

Overcoming overeating isn't the same as overcoming
other bad habits or even addictions such as alcohol
or smoking. You cannot simply stay away from the
troubling substance since you have to eat.

Instead, by experiencing the natural methods you will
become skilled at in the Forever Trim Workshop you will learn:

 (my personal story)

I was overweight in my teens and I was miserable!  I couldn't stand to look
in the mirror and being teased by others was torment.  My doctor put me
on a diet with diet pills. I wanted to weight 105 pounds. (I'm 5' 2")  I was
13 years old and I was given amphetamines to lose weight.  It worked!
I was unnaturally happy (a byproduct of the pills) and I lost weight.

As soon as I weighed 106 pounds I found myself eating everything in
sight and gaining the weight back.  (Well, I didn't eat everything in sight...
I ate sweets! I'm a sugar, chocolate junkie!)  Sugar is addicting.  If you eat
it, you want more.  Well, back to my story.  Throughout my teens, twenties
and thirties I lost weight, gained weight, lost weight, gained weight....
you get the picture.  I finally gave up.  I learned the routine, I would get
motivated and excited about being in control of my eating and lose weight.
When I tired of the limiting routine I couldn't wait to get back to my snicker
bars and M&M's.

Finally, after years of going through the same routine over and over and
being disgusted with myself, I gave up.  I kept the weight on and I was
miserable! What was the point of losing weight and gaining it back again.
Years went by.  I finally found someone who helped me.... at least part of
the way.  Once I took responsibility for what I was doing, I was able to get
in control.  I found several methods over the years that helped make it EASY for me to eat when I was physically hungry and stop when I was comfortably full.  I found balance. 

This is what I want for YOU!  You will experience several processes in this
workshop that will make all the difference in giving you back your self
control.  It will be easy.  You may have been overweight since you were a
child.  Or maybe the pounds didn't come on untill you were a teenager.
For some of you, you started gaining weight when you were pregnant and
kept adding the pounds with each child.
